Last week we shared with you news of the Parish Deficit. In addition to that announcement, we are holding two parish meetings on the subject of the deficit and the future of the choir school.
- April 14 after the 11am coffee hour (in-person)
- April 23 after evensong (zoom)
More details will be forthcoming.
Below, please find the members of those Task Forces announced in last week’s message. We have also set up an email account for those who wish to share their ideas about how to make the choir school model sustainable.
Mission:
- The Vestry is committed to continued excellence in liturgy and music.
- Any strategy for the sustainability of the school (whatever educational model is chosen) must have minimal impact on the General Fund.
- It is our fiduciary responsibility to limit withdrawals from invested funds to 5% or less.
