Since winning a prize at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Convention of the American Guild of Organists Young Artist Competition in 1991, PATRICK HAWKINS has been praised for his technical facility and musical sensitivity as a solo keyboard performer. A graduate of the Peabody Conservatory of Music and East Carolina University, he has been featured in recital at some of the world’s leading musical venues. Mr. Hawkins has presented workshops and has performed for local chapters and conventions of the American Guild of Organists. His CD recording entitled Bach at Brentwood has been critically acclaimed. As a scholar, his articles have appeared in several national publications. Currently, Mr. Hawkins is a candidate for the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Organ Performance at Arizona State University. He is the Organist/Choirmaster for the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Phoenix, and is a founding member of the Concert Organists Collective management agency.
