Nursery and “Godly Play” |

Godly Play Starting in the fall of 2006, children age 3 and above will begin Godly Play. Godly Play is a curriculum which invites children to wonder about sacred stories, parables, and stories about church traditions. Godly Play draws on the Montessori approach to teaching and storytelling. Children are encouraged to respond to the story of the week in whatever manner they would like, from playing with the figures used in the story, to sculpture and artwork. Child Care We are pleased to offer child care during from 9 am to the end of the 11 o’clock service each Sunday. Children are welcome at all points during our worship. During these the 9 and 11 o’clock liturgies parents are encouraged to bring their children to the altar for Holy Communion or a blessing from one of the clergy. |
