Father Turner announced on Sunday, September 14, that Hines, an international real estate firm, has completed all transactions necessary to begin construction of a building to be known as 53W53, located just west of MoMA. The sale of a portion of the church’s air rights, which was initially announced to the Parish in 2007, has now been concluded.
