Ecclesiastes 3 begins, “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”
This is appropriate to think about this week not only because the Sunday morning theology class is currently studying the book of Ecclesiastes, but also because we begin a new church year, and with it the season of Advent, on November 30.
