Theology Update for the Week of June 21

Dear friends in Christ,

Today at 10 o’clock, Father Daniels and I will offer the penultimate session of the class on the mystery of reading Scripture. I hope that, if you’re in town, you’ll be able to join us. This is a session on “applications,” where we start to pull together some of the threads of our study over the past several weeks. Visitors are always welcome. We have coffee and tea in the room (on the fifth floor), along with air conditioning and, generally, lots of questions.

Monday at 12:40pm. I will repeat the Sunday class, especially for those who live or work in the area, as well as for those who aren’t able to be here on Sunday. We meet on the second floor, and the class lasts 40 minutes.

Looking to July: on Monday the 13th “Good Books & Good Talk” will discuss Hamlet. If you read the play, you’re welcome to the conversation, which begins at 6:15pm.

Peace,
Father Austin
