Collect:
O Lord, we beseech thee, let thy continual pity cleanse and defend thy Church, and, because it cannot continue in safety without thy succor, preserve it evermore by thy help and goodness; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one od, for ever and ever. Amen. (Proper 13)
This 45 minute service at the High Altar includes lessons, prayers, hymns, and a sermon. During the summer months, music is sung by the congregation only, as the choristers are on summer break. Please see the leaflet below for the order of worship.
