The Fourth Sunday After The Epiphany

The Fourth Sunday After The Epiphany

Almighty and everlasting God, who dost govern all things in heaven and earth: Mercifully hear the supplications of thy people, and in our time grant us thy peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

12:45 p.m.

There have been many exciting developments in the Chancel Organ Project. The Vestry has contracted with Dobson Pipe Organ Builders of Lake City, Iowa for the next phase of work: final designs for the new south organ case, engineering of all internal mechanisms, and securing space in their construction schedule. The Vestry has also commissioned Dennis Collier, Sr. and Jr., master woodcarvers from Pennsylvania, to begin designs and carvings, samples of which will soon be on display.

Come hear John Scott, Karl Saunders, Kenneth Koen and project consultant Jonathan Ambrosino describe the next steps in building the new Saint Thomas Organ. We will have two identical sessions. Each session will last about 20 minutes and will be followed by a question and answer session. It is not necessary to RSVP.

Join us in Andrew Hall on Sunday, February 2 following the 11am service or on Wednesday, February 12 immediately following Evensong.
