Give us grace, O Lord, to answer readily the call of our Savior Jesus Christ and proclaim to all people the Good News of his salvation, that we and the whole world may perceive the glory of his marvelous works; who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. The Saint Thomas Organ Recital Series is free and open to the public. Usually starting very close to 5:15pm, it follows the 4pm service on most Sundays from September through May. The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited during the performance.

Today’s recital is by Paul Thomas of Charleston, SC. He will play the Arents Memorial Organ and his program will consist of the following works:

  • from ‘Four Biblical Dances’: IV. The Wedding in Cana, Petr Eben (1929-2007)
  • from Symphony in G: III. Passacaglia, Leo Sowerby (1895-1968)
