11:00 am High Altar

Blessed Lord, who hast caused all holy Scriptures to be written for our learning: Grant that we may in such wise hear them, read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest them; that, by patience and comfort of thy holy Word, we may embrace and ever hold fast the blessed hope of everlasting life, which thou hast given us in our Savior Jesus Christ; who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. (Proper 28)

Due to recording quality issues the 11am service from November 19 could not posted in its entirety. Thank you for listening to webcasts at Saint Thomas.

Included in worship this morning are hymns sung by the congregation and choir, additional music sung exclusively by the choir, lessons, prayers, a sermon, and a Rite I Mass. All baptized Christians are welcome to receive Holy Communion. This week the service begins with Choral Mattins, which occurs three times a year at the 11am service. Mattins allows us to offer some extraordinary works of the Anglican choral tradition that our choir normally does not have the opportunity to sing. If you are unfamiliar with Mattins, consider looking over the service card posted at the bottom of this page.
