Celebrate Epiphany on January 6, January 8, and January 15

The Feast of the Epiphany is always on January 6. This year it falls on a Friday when we have no choral services. So, in addition to celebrating it on January 6 with three said services in the Chantry Chapel at 8am, 12:10pm, and 5:30pm, we have transferred the feast day to Sunday, January 8 as well. On that day, four services are offered at 8am, 9am, 11am, and 4pm, with the Gentlemen of the Choir singing at 11am and 4pm.

On Sunday, January 15, our annual Epiphany Procession is sung by the Saint Thomas Choir of Men and Boys at 11am and 4pm. Please note that the 11am service includes Holy Communion, whereas the 4pm does not. This procession highlights three manifestations of Jesus as the Christ: (1) the visit of the three magi, (2) Christ’s baptism by John the Baptist in the River Jordan, and (3) Christ’s first miracle at the wedding of Cana.

We invite you to join us not only on the three dates above, but also throughout the Epiphany Season, which lasts until Tuesday, February 28. The following day, March 1, the Season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday.

Utilize the calendar for all upcoming dates and service times.
