Join us in our Drive to Digital.

We are doing something new.

This fall, Concerts at Saint Thomas will premiere digital presentations through our online platforms. The show is going on. You are invited to be a part of our Drive to Digital.

We will have multiple fixed-point HD cameras and the best audio equipment technology has to offer to relay to you, our dear and loyal audience, a series you have come to know and love— a date and time in your calendar to look forward to, a celebration of art in a time that needs it most.

Since the shelter-in began, we have been planning for this contingency. We are working tirelessly to think through each and every scenario, and we are also remaining nimble should circumstances change and we are able to do things differently. And— we are making every effort to ensure that what we announce will happen. The cancellations of this last season were heartbreaking. We all want to avoid that.

An announcement of our intended 2020-21 Season will arrive mid-summer via email, website and regular mail. Please be on the lookout at the beginning of August. As we heed the guidelines of city and state, we anticipate it will be some time before we are able to hear our beloved Choir of Men and Boys.

And— we are beyond fortunate to have at our fingertips one of the greatest organs in the western hemisphere, a newly loaned Steinway concert grand in our nave, a virtuosic complement of musicians on staff, and relationships with the best Chamber Music ensembles in the world. We will present programming of the quality to which you are accustomed and of the nature you cherish.

We are doing something new.

Today we launch our Drive to Digital.

For the next 4 weeks, the first endeavor in the history of Concerts at Saint Thomas to raise support for a specific element of our series will be active. The transition to the digital platform has been a brand-new investment of our resources. Drive to Digital is a direct appeal outside of all other funding efforts for the capacity to ‘broadcast’ our concerts online.

Our choice was clear from the start – keep our concert series going however we can as we bridge this time ‘apart together’. Someday soon we will again applaud in person.

We are doing something new.

You are invited to be a part of our Drive to Digital via the button below. Each person who joins this effort will be listed alphabetically in the credits of our first digital broadcast and will know that viewing our season is possible through your efforts. Everything and anything makes a difference for our new digital initiative.

Thank you for being a part of Concerts at Saint Thomas.
