This spring Nancy Mead walked from Milan to Rome, the last 500 miles of the Via Francigena, the medieval route from Canterbury to Rome – which begins with a marker near the door of Canterbury Cathedral. She took this pilgrimage in three sections: from the fall of 2009, the spring of 2010, and this spring....
