O God, who hast caused this holy night to shine with the illumination of the true Light: Grant us, we beseech thee,that as we have known the mystery of that Light upon earth, so may we also perfectly enjoy him in heaven; where with thee and the Holy Spirit he liveth and reigneth, one God, in glory everlasting. About Christmas Day Seating:
While the 11am Eucharist is quite well attended, the church is not usually full to capacity. It is quite likely that everyone who wants to come will be able to find a seat. If you want a selection of available seats, however, we suggest you arrive no later than 10:40am.
Service Details:
While the Christmas Day Eucharist is similar to that from the night before at 11pm in terms of the order of service, there are substantive differences, including the setting (Shephard replaces Malcolm), the psalm, the readings, and the sermon.
