The four men ‚Äúsing with intelligence, subtlety and consummate artistry,‚Äù (Richmond Times-Dispatch). Founded in 2006, the ensemble tours extensively throughout the United States and Europe and has participated in major concert series and festivals. New York Polyphony has also been featured on classical music radio programs.

The Musical Meditation program features Lamentationes Jeremiae by the Franco-Flemish Renaissance composer, Thomas Crecquillon , which was released on their 2012 BIS recording endBeginning. Hailed as a “gorgeous, reflective program” by National Public Radio, the album was selected as one of the “Top Ten Notable Classical Music Recordings of 2012” by The New Yorker and rated “10-out-of-10′” by Classics Today. The program will also include music by Renaissance composers, Josquin des Prez and Loyset Compère.
