Good Books & Good Talk

Once a month (from September through May), parishioners and friends of Saint Thomas get together to discuss a book. There is only one requirement: to participate in the discussion, you need to have read the book.

The discussion lasts for 90 minutes. Fr Austin starts the discussion by asking a question, and the conversation goes from there, in whatever direction the group takes it, often to unexpected and interesting places. We encourage you to join us, but even if you are unable, the list of books below might give you some ideas for additions to your own reading list.

Upcoming Books

Good Books & Good Talk is on its summer break. It will resume in September 2012. In the meantime, we hope you have a summer full of wonderful reading. If you are looking for ideas of good books to read, consider looking at the list below of some of the past books we've read.
