Please join us for a Requiem Eucharist for John Neiswanger, long-time Vestryman and former Warden of Saint Thomas, who died peacefully on Sunday, January 17. His death was the result of complications arising from colon cancer, with which he had a nearly four-year battle. John died in hospice with his family around him in Topeka, Kansas, his hometown. His funeral was on Friday, January 22, at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Cathedral, Topeka, and his burial followed immediately.
In addition to his service on the Vestry, John was a member of the Music Committee, and a generous and loving supporter of the Choir School and music program. He is greatly missed.
