Brian Mummert specializes in music of the Baroque but is a decided musical omnivore: solo vocal engagements have included swinging with the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall, singing the music of Vaughan Williams and Schubert with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, collaborating with several of the world’s leading Bach specialists, and premiering new works by composers including Julian Anderson, Frances Pollock, and Tim Holt.
