The “Good Books & Good Talk” seminar meets about once a month. It is a true seminar, in that Father Austin will ask an opening question and then the participants will carry on the discussion. The text is the authority, and no specialized knowledge or reading outside the text is expected. Anyone who has read the assigned book is welcome to attend. Attendance has varied from the low teens to as many as 30 people. — The next seminar will be on April 12, on Walker Percy’s strangely Christian novel, Love in the Ruins.
