About to getLitDateData for date: Monday, June 8, 2015
7:00 p.m.
Those in and around their 20’s gather to watch Ida, last year’s award-winning Polish film set at the end of the 1950s when a girl, raised as an orphan in a convent, learns about her family (and much more). It’s a work of art, and worth seeing many times … The plan is to have pizza (etc) and to turn in short order to the film, so that the evening isn’t too long while allowing a bit of time to talk afterwards.
The location is in midtown Manhattan. RSVP to get the location.
